Email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your report. Include the property address and the email you used to order so we can locate your purchase. You don't need to explain why — a refund request is enough.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. Once we approve your request, the refund is typically processed within a few business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Requests made after the 7-day window fall outside the guarantee, but we still want to hear from you — email us and we'll do our best to make it right.
