We collect this information for one purpose: to research the property you requested, produce your report, and deliver it to you. We also use your email to respond to support questions and to process a refund if you request one.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We don't share it with data brokers, advertisers, or third parties for marketing. The only third party that handles your data is Stripe, our payment processor, and only to process your payment. Your report is compiled from public records — we never resell the information you give us.
We use minimal cookies — at most those strictly necessary for the site and checkout to function. We don't run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site. Stripe may set cookies needed to process your payment securely.
We keep your order details and report for a reasonable period to support delivery, follow-up questions, and refund requests. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below); we'll honor that unless we're required to retain certain records for tax or legal reasons.
